What we collect
Information you give us. When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you provide one, and the contents of your order. If you email us, we keep that message so we can help you.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we log your IP address, browser type, device, and the pages you view. This happens through cookies and similar technologies. It helps the cart work, keeps the site secure, and tells us which products people actually look at.
We do not collect more than we need, and we never sell your personal information.
How we use it
- Process and ship your order, and send order, shipping, and tracking updates.
- Answer your questions and provide support.
- Prevent fraud and keep the site and your account secure.
- Improve our products, copy, and the way the store works.
- Send marketing email only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time.
Cookies

Payments
Payments are handled by third-party processors such as Stripe, Square, and CoinPayments, and by Interac e-Transfer where offered. When you pay by card, your card details are sent directly to the processor over an encrypted connection. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Each processor handles your payment data under its own privacy policy.
Shipping and delivery
To deliver your order we share your name, address, and contact details with our carriers, including Canada Post and other couriers. They use this information only to deliver your package and provide tracking.
Who we share data with
We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run the store: payment processors, shipping carriers, our hosting and email providers, and analytics tools. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, customers, or the security of the site. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep order and account records for as long as your account is active and as long as we need them for tax, accounting, and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your account information at any time, subject to records we are required to keep by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it. Canadian customers are covered by PIPEDA. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to object to certain processing and to data portability. Children
Our products and this site are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Data handled outside your country
