Shipping Policy

We ship from Canada, Monday to Friday. Here is exactly what to expect after you place an order. Rates and any free-shipping threshold are also shown at checkout in your currency before you pay.

Processing time

Most orders are packed and handed to the carrier within one to two business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day. As soon as your package leaves us, we email your tracking number.

Canada

  • Standard shipping: $18
  • Express shipping: $22
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $150

Standard delivery usually takes two to seven business days depending on your province. Express is faster where the carrier offers it.

United States

  • Standard shipping: $12 to $15 depending on region
  • UPS 2-Day: $20
  • UPS Overnight: $40 to $45
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $150

Standard delivery to the US usually takes four to nine business days. Any import duties or taxes charged at the border are the customer’s responsibility.

International

For destinations outside Canada and the US, live Canada Post rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and your address. Delivery times vary by country. As with the US, any customs duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You will get the number by email when the label is created. If you have an account, tracking also appears under your orders.

Wrong, damaged, or missing

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or wrong, email thimonznootropics@gmail.com within seven days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, contact us and we will help you trace it with the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to recover packages sent to an address entered incorrectly, and re-shipping a returned package may cost extra. If you catch a mistake right after ordering, email us fast and we will try to fix it before the label prints.

Returns

Because our products are consumable, we cannot accept returns of opened items. Anything that arrives damaged or wrong is covered above. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
