By placing an order on thimonz.com you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders if a product is mispriced or unavailable. Your card is charged only when an order is confirmed.

Shipping

We ship Monday to Friday. Most orders go out within two business days. Tracking is sent by email as soon as the package leaves us. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package, but reach out if anything goes wrong – we will make it right.

Returns

Because food is consumable, we do not accept returns of opened products. If something arrives damaged, melted, or wrong, email hello@thimonz.com within 7 days with a photo and we will replace or refund.

Allergens

Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, soy, nuts, peanuts, wheat, and egg. Read each product page carefully if you have allergies. We are not liable for reactions caused by ingredients listed on the product page.
